development, we are proud to have talented, highly-technical
and passionate people on the WirelessWerks team.
Keith Dalton – President and CEO
Keith founded WirelessWerks in April 1998 and has since grown
it into a financially-solid, privately-owned, North American-based,
leading provider of technical services to the telecom industry.
Keith has been involved in the wireless industry since 1988,
through progressively senior positions in telecom network
design and implementation. He also has extensive business
development experience through marketing and sales management
positions held within mid- to large-sized telecom services
firms. Keith holds an MBA in International Business Management.
Michael Murdock – VP of Systems Development
Michael oversees the P&L responsibilities of operations,
implementation and business development. With PMP accreditation and over 11 years’ experience in the wireless industry,
he has been highly successful in rolling out high-profile
wireless projects in a range of technologies. Through his
senior leadership roles with Clearnet PCS, AT&T Wireless,
Cingular and General Dynamics, Michael brings to WirelessWerks
and our clients a breadth of experience, depth of knowledge
and wealth of enthusiasm guaranteed to make all programs succeed.
Michael is a graduate of Architecture, and Business Management.
Mike D’Angelo – Director of Project
& Program Management
In a nutshell, Mike deploys resources and allocates specific
talents from within WirelessWerks to achieve desired project
results. Immediately prior to joining WirelessWerks, Mike
was a Senior Network Implementation Project Manager for AT&T
Wireless. Mike was also CEO of an auto parts distribution
center for 20+ years. He has a well-established reputation
within the industry, backed by a mastery of matching personalities,
and an exceptional success rate for both schedule and budget.
William C. Zarn, Jr. – Director of RF, Civil
and Field Engineering
William is responsible for all RF, Civil and Field Engineering
projects within WirelessWerks. He has numerous highly-skilled
individuals on his team that are capable of meeting and exceeding
clients’ individual expectations. Prior to WirelessWerks,
William worked as an RF Optimization and Design Engineer for
various consulting firms, including 3 years with Nortel Networks.
During those 3 years, William was part of a team that was
involved in the AWS Trident project. This team successfully
performed vendor change outs on 15 AT&T Wireless Networks.
Some of his responsibilities included RF propagation studies
for the initial design on AMPS, TDMA, CDMA and GSM networks.
While attending the University of Arkansas, William worked
as an RF Engineer for Telecorp PCS.
Our senior operations managers have been with WirelessWerks
for an average of 5 years. These professionals boast expertise
in seamless wireless project management, RF network design,
switch build, and installation and testing.
Rosylani Marcellino – Sr. Manager RF and Field
Engineering
Rosy leads a team of highly-skilled RF and Field Engineers.
Her “customer first” attitude and attention to
detail make her a tremendous asset to the WirelessWerks USA
team. Rosy has 15 years’ experience in the wireless
industry and 10 years’ experience in the land line industry.
5 years of this time was at major telecom firm launching a
ground-up network in the Midwest and Puerto Rico. Her time
in the industry has allowed her to experience all facets of
telecommunications, with a primary focus on RF and Field Engineering.
Bill Butler – Sr. Manager Civil and Field
Engineering
Bill leads a team of highly-skilled Civil and Field Engineers
and brings to the WirelessWerks USA team a level of attention
to detail and safety that have made him extremely valuable.
Bill has 11 years’ experience in the wireless industry
with a strong focus in the Civil and Field Engineering areas.
Prior to WirelessWerks USA, Bill was an owner-operator of
one of the largest tower companies in the Midwest. His company
played a major role in launching ground-up networks
in the US and Puerto Rico.
Derrick Martinez – Manager of RF Engineering
Derrick oversees TDMA, GSM, and UMTS network projects from the start to finish. Immediately prior to joining the WirelessWerks team four years ago, he was a Senior Network Engineer for governmental related agencies such as the CCPOA and police departments, where he implemented and maintained transport and internetwork devices. Even though he is originally a graduate of Computer Science, his technical ability has enabled him to fully adapt to the wireless industry. Derrick is successful because he is highly driven, detail orientated, able to meet deadlines, and has strong leadership skills.
